Knife Standards LLC ships its products through USPS and DHL. We ship via USPS priority domestically to the United States and we ship via DHL Express Worldwide internationally.

Knife Standards LLC is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors or incorrect shipping information. Once the carrier takes possession of the item/package, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the carrier. 

For international orders your package will be subject to customs & duties charges. Knife Standards LLC is not responsible for customs & duties charges or delivery time frames, as the cost and timing is determined by your local customs office. Knife Standards LLC is not responsible for lost packages, packages seized by customs, or delays in transit. We are unable to accept international returns at this time.

You, as the customer are responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes. Any and all import restrictions are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for knowing your own laws and you assume all risk for the value of the package, as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs. 

If the package is found to be undeliverable, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost which can be higher than original shipping. Your countries import restrictions, laws, rules, and regulations are your responsibility and by placing an order with Knife Standards LLC you agree to these aforementioned terms.
