Knife Standards LLC products are covered under the return & refund policy as set out below: You, the customer, agrees to the below terms and conditions and agree to read these terms and conditions before using the product. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these return & refund terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes or updates. Before contacting Knife Standards LLC for any return & refund questions, please read the below information:

All purchases and sales are final and as is: The only exception is defect. Please purchase responsibly, products cannot be refunded or exchanged for other versions or variations. Only items that are deemed defective are eligible for a return. If the item is defective or if there is an issue we will work with you to make it right. There are no returns or refunds due to cosmetic imperfections. Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects. This includes cosmetic imperfections on finishes, handles, scales, blades, and coatings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused and must be in its original packaging. Return and refund approval based on product inspection. This will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Knife Standards LLC. Purchased items cannot be returned or refunded without prior communication to, and approval by, Knife Standards LLC. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days from purchase date. Approved returns & refunds will be subject to shipping and restocking fees. We are unable to accept international returns at this time.

Preorders: No preorder item is eligible for a return/refund during the production of the item. The product variation cannot be switched. Due to the nature of preorders, funds cannot be released during production. Production time for preorders is generally around 6 months. This estimation is subject to change. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to this term. If an exception is made to this policy, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the fees we pay to process your payments. Your refund will be issued when funds are released at the end production.

RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: By purchasing or receiving any item produced by Knife Standards LLC, the owner assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any Knife Standards LLC product. The owner expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Knife Standards LLC for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, possession, ownership, transportation or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. Knife Standards LLC is not liable for the misuse of any Knife Standards LLC knife or product purchased either directly from Knife Standards LLC or from a reseller. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase Knife Standards LLC knives.
